Le Pastel Ribbon Floral Studio - Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability and Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and orders made with Le Pastel Ribbon Floral Studio (lepastelribbon.com), unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. In case of any inconsistency with other documents, these terms will prevail. Variations are only valid if accepted in writing by Le Pastel Ribbon Floral Studio.

2. Customer Service Policy

We are committed to delivering the freshest flowers and gifts. While we guarantee same-day/next-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time, we are not liable for issues arising from recipient absence, incorrect address, or unavailability. 3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Self-Collection: Available at Le Pastel Ribbon Floral Studio, 3 South Buona Vista Rd, #01-30 Viva Vista Shopping Mall, Singapore 118136.
  • Delivery Fee: Refer to our shipping policy page for details.
  • Delivery Schedule: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
  • Delivery Cutoff: Refer to our shipping policy page for specifics.
  • Multiple Items to the Same Address: Contact us for assistance.

We deliver island-wide except for the following locations:

  • Army Bases/Police Camps
  • Jurong Island
  • Penjuru Terminal, Jurong Port, PSA
  • Tuas
  • Airline Road & Alps Ave

Extra Charges:

Additional fees may apply for deliveries to:

  • Sentosa
  • Marina Bay Sands
  • Hospitals and medical centers

4. Substitution Policy

If any flower, container, packaging material, or gift item is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value to maintain the overall aesthetics. 5. Order Cancellation

  • More than 48 hours before delivery: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Next-Day Cancellation: Full purchase amount forfeited.

6. Returns & Refunds

Contact us at +65 9726 1908 or hello@lepastelribbon.com within 24 hours for flower products. Please provide photos with your refund request for our review. A processing fee of S$10 will be applied for all refunds. Refunds will be processed within 14 days once approved.

7. Security & Privacy

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We collect, use, and protect personal data for order fulfillment, communication, and service improvement. Secure payment processes and encryption ensure privacy.

8. Alcohol-Related Items

For deliveries involving alcoholic drinks, recipients must be 18 or older with valid identification. Le Pastel Ribbon Floral Studio reserves the right to refuse delivery and impose redelivery fees. If legal requirements for delivery are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the alcohol-related portion of your order.

9. PDPA Consent
