Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us immediately with a pictures and short description. Quality complaints must be received within 24 hours following delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the nature of the complaint. Kindly note that a processing fee of S$10 will be applied for all refunds. Refunds will be processed within 14 days once approved.
