Delivery FAQ

1. Do you deliver daily? Yes, we deliver daily.

2. What are the order cut-off times for delivery?

  • Next-Day Delivery: Order by 4:00 PM for delivery the next day.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Order by 11:00 AM for same-day delivery (except Mondays, no same-day delivery on Mondays).

3. Should I order in advance? Yes, please order in advance whenever possible to allow us ample time to source the finest flowers for you. For same-day delivery or urgent orders, contact us at +65 9726 1908 to check availability.

4. What are the delivery charges?

Express - Same Day (PM) 3:00 PM (day itself) 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM S$25

*Free standard delivery for orders above S$200.

5. What are the delivery timings and locations? Our delivery time slots are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. We deliver island-wide, except for the following locations:

  • Army Bases/ Police Camps
  • Jurong Island
  • Penjuru Terminal, Jurong Port, PSA
  • Tuas
  • Airline Road & Alps Ave

Extra charges may apply for delivery to these locations. Please contact us before placing your order:

  • Sentosa
  • Marina Bay Sands
  • Hospitals and medical centers

6. Can I change my delivery timing or location? Yes, but update requests must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Change requests are not guaranteed during holidays and weekends.

7. What if re-delivery is required? Please ensure someone is present to receive the flowers at the delivery address. If no one is available, arrangements will be left outside, and we are not liable for any losses or damages. If re-delivery is required, an additional fee of S$15 will apply.

8. What is your order cancellation policy?

  • More than 48 hours before delivery: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Next-Day Cancellation: Full purchase amount forfeited.

9. How do I handle returns and refunds? Contact us at (65) 9726 1908 or hello@lepastelribbon.com within 24 hours for flower products. Please provide photos with your refund request for our review. A processing fee of S$10 will be applied for all refunds. Refunds will be processed within 14 days once approved.
